Keeps the Whole System Talking
The Site Coordinator is the central hub of your grain monitoring system. It sends instructions to each Bin Controller and collects data from each Bin Controller, then relays that information to the website—where it’s stored and easy to access from anywhere on an easy-to-use web browser user interface.
Powered by Verizon® Modems
Connectivity isn’t a concern. The Site Coordinator comes standard with a Verizon - powered cellular modem to ensure reliable communication—even on remote sites without local internet access.
Manages Up to 16 Bins
Built for scalable sites, the Site Coordinator can wirelessly connect with up to 16 Bin Controllers—giving you centralized control without extra cabling or complexity.
Rugged and Reliable
ISO-certified, made in the USA electronics, are sealed in a tough, weatherproof enclosure made for the farm. Install it and forget it—this device is built to last through harsh conditions and heavy use.

On the Bin, On the Job
Mounted on each bin, the Bin Controller reads data from the installed temp cables along with ambient, plenum, and vent EMC sensors. It’s wired to fan control modules and heaters , giving it the ability to automatically start or stop equipment based on real-time conditions—and digitally monitors fan amperage providing true overload protection.
Reliable Wireless Connectivity
A high-performance 2.4GHz radio connects wirelessly with the Site Coordinator, eliminating complex wiring between bins. This streamlined communication makes installation easier and reduces the infrastructure needed to run the system.
Durable and Farm-Proven
Built for the elements, the Bin Controller uses ISO-certified, made in the USA electronics, sealed inside a rugged, weatherproof enclosure. Outdoor-rated CAT5 cable and flexible conduit ensure clean, reliable wiring built to last season after season.
Runs Independently—Even Without Internet
The Bin Controller was designed to operate as a stand-alone system. If the internet or cellular connection drops, your aeration and monitoring continue uninterrupted—no extra input needed.
Instant On-Site Feedback
A multi-color LED on the unit gives you quick, at-a-glance bin status without needing to check your phone or app. It’s a small detail that saves time when you’re in the yard. Green is good, red requires attention.

Temp cables & EMC SensorsReliably monitor your grain conditions 24/7.View details +Close details −
Durable, Accurate Temperature Monitoring
GrainSight™ temperature cables are engineered for life in the bin. Each cable features a rugged outer jacket made from a custom plastic and steel aircraft cable extrusion, paired with laser-cut aluminum mounting brackets for a secure fit. Digital sensors are spaced every 4 feet and deliver reliable, repeatable readings with ±0.5°C accuracy—so you always know what’s happening deep in the grain.
EMC Sensors for Smarter Fan Control
EMC (Equilibrium Moisture Content) sensors are installed outside the bin, in the plenum, and at the roof to monitor both temperature and relative humidity. The Bin Controller uses this data to calculate the EMC at each location, enabling Intelligent Motor Control™ based on actual air-grain conditions—automatically choosing the best times to dry, cool, or condition your grain.
Everything You Need, Included
Every Bin Controller comes with the sensors required for full environmental monitoring.
Including:
1 x Custom Temp Cable
1 x Ambient EMC Sensor
1 x Plenum EMC Sensor
1 x Vent EMC Sensor
There’s no need to source additional parts—they’re built into the system from day one.

Fan Control ModulesDigital overload protection. RC & automation.View details +Close details −
True Digital Overload Protection
By analyzing fan behavior on start-up and continuously monitoring amperage while running, Intelligent Motor Control™ provides real-time protection against overloads. It works with both single and three-phase power systems, reducing the risk of catastrophic failures and saving you from expensive repairs.
EMC Based Automation
The Fan Control Modules are responsible for physically turning your fans on/off. The Bin Controller uses it's collected EMC data to control the fans with this device, based on the selected mode in the web-based user interface.
Automatic Restart After Power Outages
Never worry about forgotten fan restarts after a power outage. The Fan Control Module automatically powers your fans back on, ensuring uninterrupted operation and saving you time.
Prevents Motor Overheating
Intelligent Motor Control™ manages the number of fan starts per hour to protect your motors from overheating and electrical overloads. This smart control helps prolong the life of your equipment while keeping your system safe and reliable.
Track Fan Usage for Better Maintenance
With built-in run-time logging and start-counting features, the GrainSight™ system keeps track of your fans’ performance. You’ll know exactly when it’s time to schedule maintenance or service, minimizing the chance of unexpected breakdowns.
